picture this...

crisp LA night.... A loft window is open and live music spills out, "if I could take you away"... Smooth raspy vocals in between the brick walls of the hotel cafe, I am standing in line outside for the 10:30 show and am soaking in the surrounding conversation and night air. It's a good night to be alive. Plus I just bought a homeade poetry booklet from a street peddler, hopefully the shirts inside aren't more than 20 bucks.
